AssureVPN – No Refund Policy

At AssureVPN, we strive to provide high-quality VPN services with reliability, speed, and strong encryption. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the following no-refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to AssureVPN are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Subscription fees

• Renewal charges

• One-time purchases

• Upgrades or add-ons

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, choose not to use the service, or experience dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (e.g., device compatibility, internet speed, misuse of the service).

3. No Prorated Refunds

If you cancel your plan before the end of the billing cycle, you will not receive a partial refund for the unused time.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You were charged in error, and

• You contact us within 72 hours of the transaction.

All refund requests must be sent to charmers2346@gmail.com with proof of payment and a valid reason.

Approval is not guaranteed.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account termination and a permanent ban from using our services.
